Panic attacks are sudden and it comes without warning. Some believe that, “it’s all in your head.” Others are more supportive and recognize panic as a genuine medical condition.

Panic attacks often come because something triggers you to panic. It may be an event, crawling insects, someone you are scared of, it may even be a type of food or just the place itself induces to panic. Knowing what triggers your panic symptoms can help you be prepared or better yet avoid those things that can cause you to panic.

So in case you are in a state of panic the first thing to do is to control your breathing. One panic symptom is difficulty in breathing normally. If you can control your breathing you can lower your heart rate and you will eventually relax. Taking yoga lessons can help you in controlling your breathing if you are under stress.

You can also take vitamin supplements like B-12 to help you fight everyday stress. Herbal pills and herbal tea has a calming effect that can help you release tension and stress that often leads to panic.
