While watching some NBA games this year, I really became impressed with Kevin Love. Below are just a few of his accomplishments. He really goes unnoticed up in Minnesota, so I thought I would give him his due now. While he got selected to his first All Star game, many people still do not know much about the great rebounding big man.
Kevin Love is a very determined, skillful player of the Minnesota Timberwolves in the National Basketball Association. Kevin Love played in Lake Oswego, in Oregon during his college years and was ranked the top player of his team. Shortly after leaving his UCLA basketball career for the 2008 NBA, he was picked fifth overall by the Memphis Grizzlies. Loves Talent is admirable and rare, causing fans to triple throughout the years gone by.
On February 8th 2010, Love set a record for his team after scoring 20 points and catching 14 rebounds, along with his 38th consecutive double double. After watching a variety of Love’s games I have come to realize his love and dedication to the game of basketball. Watching him on the court working equitably and merrily with his team mates, makes me wonder what it would be like to be on the court playing with him.
The previous game I attended, I watched Love score 12 points throughout the game and miraculously catch numerous rebounds in mid-air. During the entire game, I found myself cheering overly and obnoxiously loud as Love took control over the game as well as the opponents.
During this game Love scored 27 points and caught 17 rebounds! It is pure talent and love for the game that keeps Kevin scoring big and livening up the crowds during games. If every basketball player could be as dedicated and pure as Kevin Love, there would be double the number of fans around the world.
